Welcome to Campus Campaigns! By accessing or using the services provided by Campus Campaigns ("we," "our," or "us"), including our website (the "Site") and event management services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). Please read them carefully before using the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site or engaging in any event management services provided by Campus Campaigns, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Services.

2. Services Provided

Campus Campaigns specializes in event management services for college and university-related events, including but not limited to parties, conferences, fundraisers, social gatherings, and promotional activities. The Services may include, but are not limited to:

Event planning and coordination
Venue booking and vendor management
Marketing and promotion
Event logistics
On-site event management

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

All payments for services rendered by Campus Campaigns are due as specified in the contract or agreement between you and us. Payments for event planning services, deposits, or any other related charges are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the event contract. You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services in accordance with the payment terms specified.

Campus Campaigns reserves the right to modify pricing for any Services, subject to prior notice.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information related to your event.
Ensure that all legal requirements for your event, including permits and insurance, are met.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the planning and execution of the event.
Maintain respect and professionalism in all interactions with Campus Campaigns staff and vendors.
Ensure that event guests adhere to the event’s rules and regulations, including those set by the venue.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Campus Campaigns or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized use of any content on the Site is prohibited.

7. Privacy Policy

By using the Services, you consent to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Event cancellations by the client must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the event date to be eligible for any refunds or credits.
Refunds for payments already made will only be processed in accordance with the terms outlined in your event contract.
Campus Campaigns reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather or unforeseen emergencies. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and we will work with you to reschedule or find a mutually agreeable solution.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campus Campaigns will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our Services. Our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the Services that gave rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Campus Campaigns, its employees, agents, and affiliates, from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of this Agreement, or any third-party claims related to your event.

11. Force Majeure

Campus Campaigns will not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of the Services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or governmental regulations.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Delaware.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between you and Campus Campaigns arising under this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted in Delaware, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.

14. Modifications to Terms

Campus Campaigns reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Site, and the revised Terms and Conditions will become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

15. Termination

Campus Campaigns reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated any of the terms of this Agreement.

16. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with any other agreements or terms provided by Campus Campaigns in connection with your use of the Services, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Campus Campaigns.
